Phase 1) Loading Phase
The the first phase in the Hcg weight loss plan. In this phase you need to gorge on delicious high calorie food, pretty much all your guilty pleasures. This will prepare your body to fight the coming rough days ahead in which you eat only low calorie days.
Phase 2) Maintenance Phase
This is where you have to eat only a mere 500 calorie meal during the day. These meals definitely should be followed by 10 to 15 sub lingual drops of Hcg three times a day.
Phase 3) Stabilization Phase
This phase is quite similar to the maintenance phase you just completed. This is when your Hcg dosage and vlcd goes on and kicks things up a notch! You can still increase your daily calorie intake by 200 to 300 calories to help fight the hunger, althoughsugar and starch should not be consumed.
