Just a few days into phase 3 and it is difficult. My breakfast this morning almost did me in! I will have to take it slower than I thought I could. Big test this weekend it Disneyland! Scared of all the ice cream and candy and other goodies! I am strong and I can handle it, right? Hopefully this helps some of you keep up the good spirits and get through the tough times during this diet. Just keep in mind a vision of you sitting on the beach this summer, not afraid to shed your clothes and run about.
